IRF520 MOSFET Driver Board

This is a driver module with IRF520 MOSFET that you can use in your projects where you need high current switching, just like a relay board. You can control DC voltages up to 24V 5A with your Arduino and microcontrollers operating between 3-5V.

Unlike a relay board, it also provides the possibility of gradual control by connecting from the PWM output of your microcontroller.
