MMA7455 3 Axis Accelerometer

The MMA7455 accelerometer sensor features Digital Output (I2C / SPI), low power consumption, and signal conditioning capabilities. It is a low-profile capacitive micromechanical accelerometer configured to detect 0G- (G Force) with a low-pass filter, temperature compensation, self-test, and interrupt pins (INT1 or INT2). It has a fast motion detection (impact detection) feature. The 0G- sensitivity is calibrated and does not require an external device. The 0G- Force can be calibrated using the G-Force selection feature, which allows command selection of assigned 0G- registers and three acceleration ranges (2g / 4g / 8g). The MMA7455 includes an ideal Sleep Mode for battery-powered electronic devices.
